Thank you for shopping at Spūn. We hope you love our products as much as we do. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you may need to return or exchange a product.
RETURNS
We accept UK returns only and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure:
· The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
· The return or exchange request must be accompanied by a proof of purchase (order number, receipt or invoice).
· We do not accept international returns, outside of the UK.
In the UK you may return the product in its original condition to us within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date for a refund or exchange. Products returned or exchanged must be unopened in their original packaging, and in unused condition. This includes original packaging. The original invoice and or packing slip must be provided with any return. International sales are all final sale only. We do not accept international returns.
SHIPPING BACK
UK customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return transit.
REFUND OR EXCHANGE
For the UK returns, upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria stated above. Once the inspection is complete, we will proceed with either a refund or exchange based on your preference.
· Refund: If eligible, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
· Exchange: If eligible, we will replace the returned product with a new one of equal value. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us. We may require photographic evidence or further information to assess the situation. Once verified, we will provide instructions for returning the product and a refund or replacement will be sent.
